I have experimented with protein waffles, and think I have them figured out.
I have been eating these so much lately, I thought I would share.
4 scoops Vanilla Whey
6 oz Egg Whites
2 T. Splenda
2 T. Cottage Cheese
2 T. AppleSauce
1/2 Cup Oatmeal Flour. ( Just use your blender and ground up normal Oatmeal
Mix ingredients, and pour in your waffle iron. Usually yields around 6 waffles on my iron.
I have been guilty of eating the whole batch. If you want heaven, spread a bit of Peanut or Almond Butter and some sugar free syrup on top.
