Oatmeal Pancakes

2-3 Whole Eggs
4-5 Whites
3-4 Packets of Instant Oatmeal OR 3-4 Cups of Quick Oats
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
Add Raisins or Almonds

Quick and easy to make. I'll make a bunch and refrigerate the leftovers eating them throughout the week as a snack. You can heat them up in a toaster or eat them cold.

I used to make something like this but without the honey/peanut butter. It sounds good though I'll try it next time I make it.

I've messed around with adding protein powder (lean body, etc) but I actually prefer them without....

Depends how thick you make them but I'd say between 8-12.

Awesome. You can adjust/tweak the recipe every time. I just made them again this weekend and I added walnuts and raisins .

Here's my take, these are so good. After cooking I'll put in fridge over nigh and eat these cold as a snack all day:

1 quart egg whites...2 cups oatmeal...1 tblsp maple favoring, tsp pumpkin spice, 5 packs splenda put in a blender mix....pour into 8 inch skillet about 1/4 inch deep cook and flip...makes 5 big pancakes...delicious

Damn I can't wait to be done with cutting and on a clean bulker. These sound awesome. Someone snap a picture so I can drool at it while I choke down my damn egg whites and 1/2 cup oatmeal on this keto diet
