New ways to cook steak

Need to find a new way to cook. 5lbs of round steak, everyday is wearing me out. Any quick ideas?

Yea, cut back on the steak and add some chicken or fish.

I broil all of my meats. Steak, chicken and fish. Easy to change the seasoning and keeps the meat tender.

Thanks. I just cut back to 3lbs a day. Gotta say I feel better eat all the meat throughout the day. Just got a couple gadgets to make it easier to cook.

Pot roast is great, you just set it up put it in, and after a few hours its done. Soft and easy to eat too.

Crock Pot is your best bet.

Fantastic recipe that easy as all get out:

* 4-5 lbs steak of your choice.
* (1) 16 oz jar of pepper-rings (they come packed in vinegar,
be sure you get mild of you dont like spicy).
* 4 cloves garlic
* salt and pepper to taste

Cook on low for about 8 hours.

Great on a french roll with some pepper-jack cheese but is
still terrific all by itself with some green beans if low carbing.

Try it and tell me its not the awesome!

I like it done in a slow-cooker with some poblano peppers in adobo sauce, garlic, onions, and a dash of chipotle and ancho pepper too.

Or cubed and done with vindaloo paste.

It's more interesting when it has a 'kick' to it. You hardly taste the beef (which gest very mundane when you eat quantity).

Your ruining that delicious looking beef slab by heating it, man-up, grab it with two hands and start ripping chucks off with your teeth, you'll never feel more alive!
