Brownies

So when i need a sweet kick here is what I do
1TBS of sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding mix
1scoop of protien powder i use VPX Zero carbs chocolate

put those to in a litte container add little water to make it think. Then put in the Microwave for 40 seconds. eat it when it is warm so good. On high fat days I will put some Peanut butter on top.
