I've been drinking At min. 6cups a day for ten years . Green tea is good because of its polyphenols. There was a study from 2009 about it's absorption rate being alot higher when mixed with citrus juice. I either add juice or take vit. c with it.

Agree with your post and like to add green tea is great antioxidant and anti aging. Green tea promotes healthy hair, skin and nails and prevent our lungs and liver. Green tea is used to cure and prevent diabetes, certain types of cancer, tooth decay, influenza and cardiovascular disease.

I have subbed two cups a day instead of coffee and feel better mentally and physically, without it I feel sluggish .. But I was unaware of all the rest of the health befits ... Great info thanks

I buy gunpowder tea at the Asian market and bought a pot from them. Brew my own. Dont drink that HFCS crap from th 7-11. make your own. Cheap and really good for you. Tons of antioxidants. Plus the stimulating effect is casual and you dont crash like coffee.

acidity in stomach make the skin dry.

Have two cups a day, took a while getting used to the taste as it does leave an aftertaste in your mouth but soon get used to it.
