half pack of sugar free fat free chocolate pudding mix
and some ice. throw a little peanut butter in there maybe. hmm

or

I have had all of the aboves before The oreo one is ok not as good as other two. My favorite is very similar to one of yours, and that is cholate protein powder, penutbutter, and banana with almond milk. You can also add a dash of any sugar free jello packet b/c it's gives it a lil more extra texture to your shakes.

Elite Gourmet by Dymatize is pretty good. Throw in some small curd cottage cheese for maximum anabolism
