Too right, although i have been making the occassional 6 egg omlette (very occassional) and filling it with 400g chicken, 300g green veg/peppers and pleny of ketchup - makes a nice change

Best eggs ever...

Heat a fairly thick pan.
Use a good EVCO to cover bottom.
Put some salt in the oil.
Fry eggs sunny side up.
Let the bottom crisp.
Throw on a plate and pop yolks.

Tastes a bit like really good salty/buttery popcorn.

I usualy eat up to 28 eggs a day but they are all egg whites and no yokes.Iv been using 100% egg whites from the store.

i dont like eggs that much so i have 3 whole eggs in the evening sometimes washed down with a spoonful of peanut butter. The yoke is my favorite part of the egg.
