I'm weird. I like eggs, but I can only eat 3-4 whole eggs at a time. So most days I just scramble them with some onions/peppers and some cheese. Drink some milk for a little extra protein.

Or I can crush a cup of eggwhites in a shake. I like to mix em in a split of six ounces half and half, and six ounces whole milk.

I'm eating more whites now simply cause I don't need the added cals from the yolks so I eat 3-4 whole with added liquid eggwhite a couple times a day .

I typically eat between 8-18 a day depending on what else I'm eating sometimes whole eggs are my biggest source of fat.

I'm lucky that my parents have chickens so all my eggs are fresh free range eggs , every once in a while I'll get half a dozen fresh goose eggs as a treat !!

What kind of eggs were you eating?
when i started eating more whole eggs my LDL went down and my HDL came up but i attribute the HDL more to a couple other sups helping too.
I think the key to keeping it in check is eating free range eggs and grass fed beef , the grains that cows and chickens are fed are not what they arn desgined to eat and it caused the omega-6 fats to be way higher and the omega-3 fats to be way lower

My dad started TRT at 63 years old , was eating very little and what he was eating was alot more complex carbs , he now takes his test and 1.5iu a day of HGH , this combined with eating 6 whole eggs a day has gotten him off all his cholosterol and blood pressure meds and increased his appatite

I drink egg whites that I buy from Costco by the case. I would drink whole eggs if I could find them in pasteurized form--I like the yolks. Too afraid of salmonella poisoning to regularly eat raw eggs (but I have done it several times).
