TN's Beef protein isolate help

Well I ordered 8 pounds of beef protein isolate in 4 different flavor. and EAA's
I have been trying to mess around with different things without adding to much sugar to make this stuff taste better. Earlier today I just went for it and drank it with water..doesn't mix well at all btw...and tried downing it and in mid gulp half way through..threw up every where...stuff is terrible..EAA's taste like chemicals..
Whey is easy to drink but I didn't know what I was in store for with the beef isolate....anyone have any experience with this stuff and if so what do you do, or am I just being kind of a bitch ha I don't think I am bc everything else its water, spoon, mix, and chug.

if its hard to mix up them put a little bit of milk in stir it alittle bit so its really pastey and thick an then add a little bit of stevia or any other sweatner you like and put it in the freezer for about 20 mins and youll have your self some nice icecream. i love beef isolate but i do know what you mean about shitty it mixes

Whats beef protein isolate? Is it just ground up beef into a powder?

I use TN's EAA's and add a packet of lemonaid from Wal Mart with about 12oz water. It comes in individual packets just like Crystal Lite.
It tastes good and is easy to drink like this.

It is just the protein and amino complex that comes form beef. So it wont have any or much fat typically. A little more of a process then just grinding up beef and making it into powder. Its all extracted

Just eat real steak bro. Use protein powders when in a pinch but dont count on them being a real part of your diet. Whole foods are superior.

Maybe buy some whey and use a 2-1 ratio to help so you don't toss it.

whey protein is just to for digesting faster or when you cant get a meal in.
