Fruit crisp-Great pre-workout snack

Just mix all this up and toss it in a casserole dish and bake at 350 until the top is a little crisp. Took about 20 minutes. Tastes great.

1 apple
2 bananas
4 tbs PB
1 apple crisp cereal bar (broken up)
2 pieces bread (tear into pieces)
1/2 cup walnut/almonds
1 cup oats
Maple syrup drizzle
2 scoops vanilla whey
Vegetable oil drizzle

Its a fantastic snacks idea before any workout. I never tried it and no doubt that it will be healthy for our body. I can feel its taste. Nice recipe and i will eat these snacks.
