Anybody have a healthy chicken salad sandwhich recipe?

I'm looking for another meal to add 50 protein 35 carbs 20 fat is what I shoot for each meal. Anybody have any good and healthy CSS recipes?
 
We bake a whole chicken then pick it into a bowl. Add chopped celery and onion, mayo, and sprinkle steak seasoning in to your taste. We make buns/rolls from coconut flour to be gluten free, reduce carbs, add good fiber, and because you have to use so many eggs with coconut flour, increased protein.
 
I am a miracle whip guy so i like my chicken salad made with miracle whip. I also think the best chicken salad is made with chicken run through a meat grinder. That is the way my mom made it.

For a healthy version just use light miracle whip or light or fat free mayo. I like sweet pickle relish and some garlic salt and a boiled egg chopped up. That is it.

Hey :) natural nuts are good fat and protein source. healthy snacks, good or the skin. But Dried fruit usually contains preservative and high in sugar so not great. just eat fresh fruit.. blueberries are great, grapefruit love it...figs and dates are good fibre sources but in moderation. I like them.. I eat them :p.. suppose it depends on your goals?

And I dont eat bread so have no sandwich suggests.. but I like cayenne pepper on cooked chicken breast.. gives it a nice kick..or mix a spoon of natural peanut butter in when cooked n chopped lovely...
That would work on a buttie peanut butter and chicken give it a whirl x
 
You can sub in Greek yogurt for mayo and chop up any kind of veggies you like in the chicken salad, like onions, leeks, scallions, celery, cucumber...etc.

If you want to up the fat content you can use the mayo made with olive oil or add some chopped nuts for a crunch.

It actually sounds pretty good thinking about it...

Agreed! Chicken Salad made w/ Greek Yogurt is delicious. I add scallions, Dijon mustard, dill, a few grapes sliced up and walnuts...

diced raw apples and walnuts

cucumber tomato, black olives and dill - gives it a greek taste to me atleast

Currently use chicken salad from can , add grapes cut in half , raisins mayo ... Pretty tasty easy to make .
 
I'll have to try the greek yogurt instead of mayo. Never even thought about that
