They believed I might have diabetic issues when I was younger because I consumed so much water. Probably since I was 10 or 11 I have consumed 2-3 gallons a day. I still consume that much but add 1.5 liters of natural tea too. I am just really dehydrated if I do not consume that much.

Yeah a gallon plus. After you do or for a while is hard not to want to Diboll that much water anymore.

Because of drinking so much water for such a long time I can't even sip drinks anymore...I chug.

That's a really good rule. Your body uses a lot of water metabolizing protein, especially if you're eating low carb.

I get 6-8 liters a day.

Easily a gallon and a half if not 2 on some days. I probably drink about 8 of the 16oz bottles in one workout alone

I drink at least 3 liters of water everyday. I know it is not enough but below this figure will not do any good to your health. Water plays a very important role in removing toxicity from the blood which in turn improves health.

I sit in front of a computer all day chuggin water lol I take in about 2...maybe 2 and a half gallons...i rarely drink anything else...a cup of coffee every once in awhile...maybe some gatorade....juice in the morning with breakfast...i love my water...I used to buy it by the gallon at the grocery store but it always had that tinge of plastic-y taste to it...i assume from it maybe sitting in the sun on the loading dock or something so now I have my 1 liter BPA Free water jug w/filter and I load that bad boy up several times a day and slammm it!

Currently I consume 1 1/2 gallons a day. For those of you who are not retaining your water add 1 table spoon of sea salt to one gallon of water and consider electrolyte packs

Around 1 gallon a day. A few years ago I got hit with a random piss test and failed because I drank to much water and had to do another on the spot failed again but the third time I passed lol

I drink a min of 3L per day up to about a gallon and half. Esp- in summer. You have to be careful thought above 2 gallons..... There is a major health risk and you could actually die. I forget what its called but its def a something to be careful of.
