For some time, the whole family uses Ezekiel. Would you advise some other breads ?

I've cut it out altogether these days other than social occasions where I eat whatever is given me . Ezekiel is among the very best I believe though

My favs are probably kalamata olive longue, walnut, sunflower and honey and pain de campagne breads.
 
I eat all type of carbs that work for me

I grew up eating light eye bread 90 fat 14 carbs a slice no bloat great digestion and the best part it's 1.99 a loaf lol fuck ezekial spent a shit load on it I do like the sesame seed one but it's 5.79 I rather spend that else where

Ajdos - the p28 is alright, but if you are sensitive to wheat/gluten stick with the Ezekiel.

There are also more gluten free bakeries popping up, so check around your area to see if they have decent prices or can cut some specials.
 
Ezekiel here. But I also had to cut it out of my diet for now. I was eating half a loaf a day, couldn't stop at just 2 slices:eek: ( peanut butter coconut oil/jelly):D
 
I forget the brand but it's double protein grain. It's always soft. Love it.

No, I make it all the old fashioned way bro.

Here is a banana bread I made that was absolutely incredible. Only thing bad in it is the sugar. Used farm fresh eggs, organic bananas, raw milk, grass fed butter, organic unbleached flour. You could try using raw honey instead of sugar.

Here is one for Stoneground Honey Wheat.

I would substitute another oil instead of vegetable oil. Perhaps macadamia nut oil, avocado oil, maybe even duck fat. Other than that very healthy. You're in the UK, people over there have been eating stoneground bread with dripping for centuries. There was just a woman who live well into her hundreds that contributed her long life to eating lots of bread with drippings, salt and animal products.

I have some more but they are arguably not great for bodybuilders. I personally don't think there is anything wrong with bread. I handle gluten very well. My ancestry is French, Italian, Greek, and Native American, almost all of which have diets high in bread/pasta. If you're interested in those I can post them too. I make my own hamburger buns, sweet rolls, biscuits, bagels, pretzel bread, etc. all kinds of stuff.
