I like them California rolls

Are they good or bad for bodybuilding in general...

I ate 8 of them right now
 
I love sushi, mainly Nori Rolls though. I sometimes make them for my midweek lunches. They are great cause I can make in bulk on the weekend and get my macros correct
 
Anything in excess can be bad but think about it. How could fresh fish, rice and seaweed be bad for bodybuilding, mercury poisoning aside?
 
The worst thing about sushi is the macro combos, fat+ carbs in a higher degree, despite that I go all out with sushi at least once a week.
 
I kinda wish I liked sushi and fish more. I just started eating tuna and salmon.

My girl always goes out for it, and I heard its pretty great to add in once or twice a week for bodybuilding and nutrition purposes. Theres just something about fish that throws me off.

Yeah it's not diet food, but IMO is a great cheat meal and perfect for offseason eating.:headbang:
 
Yellowfin rolls are essentially just protein and carbs and are awesome post workout!

I get sashimi quite frequently. Just fresh delicious fish! It does get a little pricey but for a night out with some friends it isn't bad and is certainly better than spending your coin at the bar.
 
I fyou keep the rice content of Nori rolls down you can definately keep the carbs in check
 
Many places now offer sushi made with brown rice.

I love me some sushi and sashimi.

Love sushi. Not diet food but a good cheat meal choice. Sashmi is good diet food . Straight raw fish . . Best to consume post w/o to avoid carb consequences. T
 
Friday is sashimi night in my house. I refused to try raw fish for the longest time, now i find eating it cooked to be lacking in taste.

It doesn't matter what source of carbs you consume, remember is your calories at the end of the day. I love sushi, and I always get rainbow rolls, so good.

Everybody respond differently to carbs such as starch. Some people eat starch and get fat and some dont, its really about listening to your body.
 
don't get it nearly enough....if anyone is concerned about carbs then do with out the rice and go for sashimi...nothing like it...

sashimi on top of rice mound is Nigiri sushi... love me some wasabi too..

sushi rolls damn! Korean Kimbap sushi rolls are just as good....
 
fantastic roll...its pretty much all fish.....an even if it wasnt i dont care.....i would eat it every if i had it like that
