1,000 calorie protein pudding for dem gains

This is something I've been eating nightly for... well, a year. It's addicting. Here's what goes into it:

-2 servings plain greek yogurt (Chobani or Fage both work great).
-2 scoops Trutein (Or other thick protein of choice -isolates won't produce great results)
-2-4 table spoons of peanut butter/almond butter, depending on my fat macros.

And that's it . You can add flavorings (I like almond extract and/or vanilla extract), sweetener (splenda or stevia), and fruit (bananas and blackberries are awesome with this).

Flavoring is controlled by the protein powder flavor, and the peanut butter adds a creamy texture with a nutty flavor. For an extra treat if you're bulking, add some crushed candy bar like Heath on the top. It's mindblowing.

I'm all over this once I'm done dieting. Sounds great!

My wife makes a pudding 13-1500 calorie
She is vegitarian and has a hard time getting calories in.

3 scoops Gemma (could use other powder )
3Tbls almond butter
3 Tbls coconut oil (heated to mix in)
3 organic free roaming eggs

Hmm it is based on how many times you are referring to I would try to prepare it more often in small groups if time allows it. It could be just me individually but after more than 1 day in the refrigerator I think the seafood flavor like overall crap! this is the primary purpose why I don't eat more seafood

how does this not turn to mud without something to thin it? greek yogurt is thick, add protein, thicker, add pb, even thicker.

haven't tried it, not knocking it, sounds like itd taste awesome. just curious. and no, cant try it for another 12 weeks.

No idea but it doesn't. It's consistency is pretty much just like pudding!

Made a giant bowl of it yesterday, and I get tired of eating, ended up eating 1/4 of it before I got tired of eating it, then just threw it in a shaker added water and drank the rest.

I personally just like drinking shakes instead of making stuff but this came out great!
