April 4, won mens open SHW. Weighed 236.6 at 5'9. Not as lean as I would've liked but happy w result. Goal was to qualify for nationals so mission accomplished. Probably had legit 5lbs or so more to drop.

In the second set of pics I was 197lbs right out of bed. In the on stage pic which was later in the day I was prob around 200ish. Just under 6'3"

Appreciate feedback guys. I know for nationals I need better conditioning. Working for 2016. Want to bring up some weak points. Hoping to b same weight but super shredded next year. Will b hiring coach next year w matt porter being top pick. Didn't run any hgh for this one. Only fat burner was 25mcg t3 daily nothing else. Wasn't overly concerned as main goal was to qualify and I knew I'd have that.
