12 days out right now(out 10th). I couldn't be happier with the results I have gotten. I do have a coach that I've been working with since mid July. He was on here, but I haven't been on in months, so I couldn't tell you if he is still active. Let me know what you guys think. I think my chest and traps are weakest body parts. Hopefully I can bring them up after the show during my offseason.
