New Guy

Brothers just wanted to say hello. Came over from BOP. I am not new to boards been around for years.
Took some time off for several years and been back for about 6 months.
Sovereign is the one who led me this way so I hope to get involved and learn something new and help wherever I can.
I am in my early 40's and have been lifting since high school.
5' 10" and 207 lbs currently with about 12% bf.

I hope this is posted in the right forum. I did not see an introductory forum. Please move to the correct place if need be.

Kinda fat? People that gawk at me daily and make comments have never said that I am kinda fat. We are not going to get off on the right foot I see here.

Jeez, you need to take it easy. So what if he said you were "kinda fat" too ??

Maybe he was relating to your bf% and feels its too fat for him as well ?

He wasnt being disrespectful or anything he wants to learn and you said you could give advice

12% bf is far from a little fat.

I would be glad to give advise to anyone I can. However as being a new guy here and having him make that statement on my introduction was disrespectful.
It appeared he was trying to be a smart ass.
I am normally very laid back. Ask anyone that knows me from the boards.
This one really struck a nerve.

I dont disagree with you of the bf% thing but its a little irrelevant as some look better than others even if same bf%

I didn't see him being that way towards you but i can understand how posts can come off insulting when they actually meant they wanted help... I try not to take things seriously or in a bad way from posts or texts or emails.

Mine brother? Please do. I assure you that if you are referring to mine it will and has never been on this board.

I am here to contribute positively if I can. If not I will be glad to move on.
I am known and respected by many around this game.
Please though don't take my word for it check for yourself.
I am new and totally understand that anything I say at this point is subject to be questioned.
However I am a straight shooter and will say what needs to be said at all times.

Whats up man welcome to the forum.

I was away from the game for awhile and I've enjoyed what I've learned from the forum already! i Think there is some good info to learn here.

And if 12% is fat then I'm obese!!
