Isnt there a drink recipe for a cutting cycle that is just cyanne pepper honey and water or something like that?

if you know the recipe i sure would like it.

**broken link removed** . there are two variations of this that I know of. One is that you use fiber tablets , the other is you drink a quart of water with two tspns of salt. both require that you drink the lemon,cayanne, and maple syrup mixture.
