The only fat in this pizza is what is in the flour!
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/4 Cups "King Arthur Flour" Whole Wheat Organic
Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
Mid's Pizza Sauce
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
Pizza Crust Yeast
Garlic (as much as wanted for flavor)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix salt and yeast in 1 cup of warm water. Just until dissolved. Then mix flour, garlic and whatever other desired seasoning with the dissolved salt/yeast/water mixture. Then add in just enough water to mix the dough.
Grease pizza pan. Wet hands (so dough doesn't stick) and spread dough out on pizza pan.
Apply sauce and cheese.
Bake in oven @ 425 degrees for 12 to 15 mins or until you feel it is done enough.

Protein:65g
Fat:ONLY 4.5G!
This is for the whole pizza, so cut it into say 8 pieces the fat is marginal.
Who said pizza has to be unhealthy?
