one of my favorite meals;
One serving approximatley:
1 cup cooked white/jasmine rice
8oz cooked diced chicken breast
1 whole free range egg
2tbs coconut flavored LBAs
1tsp coconut oil
mrs dash
sea salt
easy prep:
heat coconut oil in fry pan
add in the egg well blended. Let partially harden
add in cooked rice and chicken and mix well until hot
stir in the coconut LBAs,mrs dash & sea salt to taste...
