I ate fruits for 100% of my carb intake when Phil trained me and I consistently stayed at 10-11% BF or a little lower! I ate mainly bananas.

Nothing wrong with fruits around workout times and breakfast (times your most active). Fruit do contain fructose, but the majority of sugars in fruit is glucose. You can google for a chart of different fruits which will break down kind of sugars they contain percentage wise.

I eat loads of bananas, probably a good 8 a day even when cutting, I swear it's impossible to gain fat with fruit, not had a cold or a cramp in years either, not even test flu
