What are you on? At 100mg/wk my AI is not needed as my E2 only gets up to the middle of the range at most.

After doing some research I've decided to start at .25mg 3x per week. The lower the better. Taking Monday, Wednesday, Friday night. I pin on Monday and Thursday.

I take 125-150mg weekly, my doc let me go from .5cc to .7-.75cc for now on a 200mg test cyp per ml....talked him into an arimidex prescription, .5mg twice a week. I will be getting labs soon to see what all my levels are at. Everything was within range last time, my estradiol was a little low, so he might take me off of it next time depending on results. I feel leaner with it, no libido issues or anything like that.

150/wk cyp. No ai/serm needed. Take dim and all is good. Everyone metabolizes that ish differently. My buddy uses 100 and starts to get gyno. Crazy.
