My goal is to just look good naked and kick ass in my workouts (crossfit / boxing). I’m also 40, 5’6 and 165. I’d actually like to be around 155 as my face is very round right now. I’ve read so many conflicting things on what is the “goal” test we should be aiming for. I’ve read that anything over 700ng/dL is a waste (for my goals):

My questions:
1. What’s should I be targeting for my test level?
2. Is it better to do two injections of 140mg/week of test cypionate or daily injections of 20 mg?
3. What’s the difference between a test level of 700 and say 1200? (According to some guys here it’s either nothing or everything)
