Guys do you know how long it takes to start producing Aromatase enzymes again?
I crashed my estrogen really bad trying to dial in arimidex dose and kept re-crashing it after HCG artificially skewed my estrogen numbers.

I’ve been off everything except test for 10 days and still the brain fog and low e symptoms are brutal.
I took a 3cc shot of test e (750mg) a couple days ago to spike it but nothing.

Would D-Bol be a better option as it raises methyl Estradiol?

What is your TRT protocol?

How long were you on this protocol before you crashed E2?

You may want to get on some Test Prop and pin small amounts daily until you normalize again

My protocol was 150mg test E every week
No a.i until a few months ago when I tested Estradiol at 47pg/ml
Tried to bring it down to around 25 but dosing arimidex was too difficult.
Crashed it on .5mg twice a week

Estrogen came back in days after that but rebound was bad estrogen got over 50. Used .25mg arimidex twice a week and again the same thing.

Right now it’s been 10 days and still no improvement. When I use hcg I get a boost of estrogen the next day when the intra-testicular aromatized estrogen goes systemic. But this soon wears off.

I’ve got some dbol coming in, I suspect that I’m not producing enough Aromatase enzymes right now...or the test e I’ve taken is taking a long time to convert

everyone probably different, mine has always turned around in no more than 72 hours, the last time I crashed it was because I had severely under dose shit, and estro sens came back at 6, I took and inject from my rx and 24 hours later I did a complete turn around, I have seen people say it has taken weeks for them, always get the estradiol sens test, if you did not get the sens test it is possible your reading was lower than 47, and that 47 might had not been to bad anyway, anytime taking AI start really really low

What was your total and free test at 150mg per week?

Also how and when were you using your Adex? (compared to when you injected)

At only 150mg per week, assuming you are taking 2 injections weekly, it may take time for your E2 to come back.
My suggestion is that you never blast such a big shot like 750mg when trying to correct. Use moderation and time.

If you have access to labs, try pinning daily at 25mg per day for 3 weeks then get a baseline. I've personally found that AI can be significantly reduced with more frequent smaller injections that mimic natural T production.

Question... did you add the AI because your numbers were elevated or because of symptoms? I'm finding a lot of guys jumping on the AI when its not needed.

just few mg's dbol works, Methandriol even better, i crashed my estro few times, both products was able to reset e2 in just few days, just be careful with dosing, and try splitting test in more dosages during week
