To Egg or not to Egg

Well it has happened once again. Now there is research saying that eating to many eggs is hard on your heart. Flashback to just a few years ago and they were saying the opposite. Just be smart and read between the lines and eat a healthy diet and do your cardio.

Always follow the money.
 
I’m quoting Dr. Tony Huge here maybe not Word for Word but he said no one is natural anymore you claim to be natural but the food we eat is it natural? No it’s enhanced in someway nothing is natural as it used to be. Like cows and chickens they’re jacked up with antibiotics and hormones to grow faster. Unless you know someone who is grass feeding his cattle if not it’s enhanced in some ways.

i eat about 2 dozen whole eggs a week, so I guess I will see what happens, and it helps with my TRT :D
 
Do you have a link to the study? Dr. Ford brewers videos on TMAO got me to cut down on the eggs.
 
No study on egg consumption was done in people who lift weights and make a low-carbohydrate diet. The high consumption of fats can be a problem if you also maintain a high consumption of carbohydrates, but no informed and intelligent person would have a diet of that type, either for health, fat loss or muscle gain. Only if you are a strongman looking for thousands of calories could you have such a diet.

I love eggs, I have a dozen a day for a decade and my cholesterol has never been a problem.

Limitations
This study has several limitations. First, appropriate interpre-
tation of the study findings requires consideration of mea-
surement error for self-reported diet data. Further, this study
relied on single measurement of egg and dietary cholesterol
consumption. Exposure misclassification may be of concern,
but results were similar when censoring participants at differ-
ent time points. Second, all cohorts used different dietary as-
sessment tools except 2 Framingham cohorts, which created
heterogeneities for data analyses. This was addressed by the
following: (1) implementing a rigorous methodology to har-
monize diet data; (2) performing cohort-stratified analyses; and
(3) conducting several sensitivity analyses. Third, residual con-
founding was likely, although a number of covariates were ad-
justed. Fourth, data were not available for investigating sub-
types of CHD, stroke, and heart failure, as well asmore detailed
cause-specific mortality such as cancer mortality. Fifth, gen-
eralizing our results to non-US populations requires caution
due to different nutrition and food environments and chronic
disease epidemiology. Sixth, the study findings are observa-
tional and cannot establish causality.

I eat 6 whole eggs as part of my breakfast daily and have no plans to stop. I also take a lot of daily supplements
- krill oil, curcumin, citrus bergamot, vit d, daily multiple, b complex, fish oil, frankinsense, beet root and carditone.
 
6 raw eggs every morning here in green smoothie for 2 years straight

6 eggs daily on low carb diet here.Bloods always look good and do bloods every 4 months.
 
eggs are a superfood if u ask me, i did my research on this and eat 10 eggs for years now, whole eggs. bloodwork always top notch: triglycerides and fasting sugars etc
