My little champ

There are 6 dogs in my family and I love them all. But this one is my champion. His name is Igor. When he was a puppy he got Parvo and almost died. He spent 5 days at the vet in terrible pain, for those 5 days I couldn't stop crying, I couldn't eat or work. He managed to pull through like a real champion.

This is my wire hair jack Russell, her name is sally. We got her from the spca when she was 4 months she was an abused dog. For the first few weeks she wouldn't come near any of us. We have had her for around 16 months now and she is a happy dog although she still hides away when people visit. I don't understand how people can hurt animals

Nice dog photos! I have 4 dogs myself. When I was an early teen we adopted a puppy from the shelter and it came down with Parvo. I was very sick and would have died if my Mom, who was a nurse, hadn't stayed up with him each night helping him breath. Terrible experience. Your pup is VERY VERY lucky that his new family paid for his treatment to pull through, I know it wasn't cheap. You banked a bunch of good karma.

Thanks guys. And yes it is expensive keeping a dog at the vet. But whether I could afford it or not putting the dog down wasn't an option. I love my animals like children. Will upload pics of the other dogs just later

that's great he still with you. cool little fella. what we go threw with our pets makes them just like our kids. they depend on us for everything. and love them all.

Yeah , I wouldn't have the heart to put him down either, I have Lab Mix, we
found him looking for food in front of our yard, kids say he was abandoned at the bayou near our house, we have kept him ever since, my kids love him fun dog very smart too.
