Hey guys so it was my first am shot of GHRP 2 this morning I did 250mcg before breakfast. I ended up drinking my coffee eating all of my breakfast and then ended up cheating and eating half a pint of ice cream. And let me get this straight I never cheat or pick at food. I plan my cheat meal which is usually days before. So here’s my question? Am I taking to much? I can only do 1 or 2 shots a day. Any one here want to chime in on this crazy ass hunger and how to keep it in check?

Certain GH peptides are ghrelin agonists. Ghrelin is a substance found in the stomach responsible for hunger. GHRP6, GHRP2, and MK-677 are the ghrelin memetics that cause the most intense hunger. 100mcg GHRP2/100mcg mod grf(cjc no DAC) is the highest dose you need. Blood work shows a serum HGH spike as high as you are going to get from this dose. Lower the dose. You’ll eventually adapt to the hunger. Just tough it out. If you are unable to do so then switch to 500mcg ipamorelin/100mcg mod grf(cjc no DAC) upon waking and before bed. I’ve never had an appetite increase from ipamorelin.
