OK - I FEELIN IT NOW FIRST TIME IN 4 YEARS!!!!

2 Andropen 275 2 QV Equipoise and 1 QV enanthate (10mls) which he started a week ago

hasnt been in the gym for about a year and tomorrow or wednesday is first day back and he is feeling acting and eating like a maniac

Sounds like your priorities are all wrong.
 
bro - ok i mean out by a year as in 5 min 1.5hr w/o a week.....i did push/ups / random 2x/week gym stints, pullup bar @ the house, running, sports, prep for navy (other story) in april....to me, the priority IS the gym, when Im on it and in the zone all my school, work, and relationships are MUCH more successfull as i am just a better and happier and healthier person, so i took a jump start...with my schedule, i saw no alternative
 
sorry, to be clear, definition of out of gym for a year is not literal = I mean , have not been on a minimum 5x a week workout schedule with 1-1.5hr sessions, of course i was physically active (with my friend)
 
TO be fair though, what would you suggest given the facts I have presented you here and the benefits realized from a consistent intensive workout regimine...and given, I probably shoulda hit the gym first no supps, but to get the motivation with my schedule, well, its not the top priority, so in that sense you are correct....Just so you know, I didn't touch even creatine for the first 2.5-3 years of beginning working out with weights and even then it was just androstene (legal then)...sorry , I do want constructive criticism and opinions here, mainly help on what to do NOW from HERE

sorry, I am a little wound up at the moment...I will post something more clear and concise tomorrow that addresses my main question in a manner that is easily understood...

actually, looking at my post, I can hardly read it !!! Sorry, its not placebo, its excitement to be back in the game....I know my body and I know I will be back to my target size within 6 weeks and have another 6 to grow beyond and work on new areas, mainly focus on squats, something I never did properly before...

Not to mention is it all jumbled, but you keep going back and forth from talking about "a friend", to a sentence later when you're saying "I" and "me", which makes it so much more confusing.. And as stupid and useless as I think it is, if you're gonna use "the friend" theme, then you should try and stick with it throughout the post..
 
Did anyone get lost reading all that mumbo?...You or "Your friend" & Docs don't prescribe QV products or ones from overseas...good try Buddy...I'd try using a search engine to get Your answer until You can clearly type what You are trying to express

If you have been off that long you should take advantage of the natural gains your gonna get. I'd personally hit it hard for a good 6months before starting. That way you'll blow up at first and then blow up when you start gear.
