I tend to breakout whenever I eat Peanut butter or Pork.
So I would think that would be considered a food allergen, right?
It kinda sucks because they're both cheap and taste good, lol.
This is the 1st time I heard of L Carnitine being used to help with a food allergen but this is also the 1st time I visited this website (image attached), so Im not sure how credible this information is.
Any of you ever heard of L Carnitine used to assist with a food/pork allergen?
