Pwo Burger Meal

Nothing beats a post leg day burger cheat meal followed by a solid nap.
 
What do you guys think in general about fat in a pre and post workout meal? Anabolic? Or avoid to keep digestion fast of the protein and carbs?

Post I would keep fat minimal as possible
Pre I would use a little to give sustained relase, so you don't have a rapid spike and drop off. Some people don't have this problem, so they don't add any fats

Agreed. Do you feel f aas is needed for people that ear a real meal rather than malto whey mixtures? Does fruit have a sustained release? I believe most are low gi. I've never been into sugar super fast acting carb craze pre workout.

I don't really mess with powders unless I want extra carbs for lagging body part
I do like to use pineapple post work out since it has bromelein in it

I had a burger with grilled pineapple amongst other toppings on it the 2 weeks ago. Best burger of my life.
