I have placed the most emphasis on my legs over the last 11 weeks. They were way behind due to my knee and needed serious attention. They have come up a lot but I believe they are still a long way off.
I also believe my back needs to thicken up and widen a bit. Obviously, with a torn bicep back training was impacted for almost 4 full months.
Just my opinion based on who I see doing well in that category.
Again, I appreciate any thoughts you guys have.
