Update
Have been eating Kimchi with my meals, certainley beats eating pea's or green beans. Day off training today, going to go and hit a PUSH session tomorrow. Dumbbell Flat press 3 sets pyramid up Machine Chest press 3 sets pyramid up Smith machine flat press 1 set (6 reps, 20 seconds rest repeat for 5 mini sets) Side raises 3 sets pyramid up then 2 drop sets, one using heavy weight for majority and then one using light weight for the majority. SO e.g. Set 1 - 30kg x 8, 20kg x 6, 12kg x 10, 10kg x 10 Set 2 - 24kg x 4, 12kg x 20, 10kg x 20, 8kg x 30, 5kg x 30 Shoulder press machine 2 sets Upwards row with a dumbell 2 sets on each arm Rotator cuff exercises (3 different angles to work the rotator cuff) 3 sets of each Six-ways (john meadows exercise) 3 sets of 10 Finish with Rope pushdown + Overhead extension super set

Not really feeling the dnp as much as I thought I would. Might be underdosed. Going to increase to 500mg tomorrow and see what happens. If not ill just keep upping it untill I feel it. I've got some thai dnp to try next week as well so if this is bunk ill still have dropped normally this week then I can start the better stuff next week.

Feeling tighter, fair few more lb to go though. 11 weeks left I think, 76 days or something. Feeling good still. Okay things are really starting to come together this week which makes me very happy.
Skin is tighter around my midsection and the nerve damage on my lower stomach is getting better slowly. here was yesterdays leg session, today was a rest day Squats: 60kg x 15, 100kg x 15, 140kg x 15, 160kg x 12 Leg presss: 3 x 20 on 320kg Standing hamstring curl: 3 x 15-20, increased weight each set seated hamstring curl: 3 x 15-20, increased weight each set The gym is really hot and stuffy so I struggled immensely to think straight, I was constantly drinking water all session and sweating buckets (thanks dnp) So I felt a bit weaker as well, which should go when I drop the DNP on Monday Hopefully the water will clear and i'll look a bit tighter and drier. Gear is as follows 600 cyp 400 Mast e 40 nolva 375 dnp 3.6 iu gh (humatrope) Currently doing 50 mins cardio daily (which is included in my 17000 steps) adding tren soon, towards the last 4 weeks my cycle is gonna get pretty ridiculous, I've got a protocol now that my friend gave me when he worked with a top coach, its as follows prop, tren, mast (doses don't matter too much, he suggested 700 weekly but i'll probably do a bit less as I'm on 600 cyp and I don't want to up my test on a prep) 200 winny daily 200 prov daily 100 var daily 40 halo daily 5 letro daily 1 adex daily 100 clen daily This is for the last 3-4 weeks Whether I do it or not is dependant on how mental I'm feeling and if I don't look ready. either way, we all love to look at a crazy drug cycle and thinkg "hmm wonder what would happen if I took that?" ![]()

Dropped 8lbs... YES 8 fucking LBS!
I upped my DNP to 375mg and ran it every day this week, I weighed in yesterday and was shocked to see the weight loss. I'm still holding water because of the DNP and because of the Yohimbine Next week diet doesn't change but I'm gonna be doing 15,000 steps daily (30 min walk in the morning to get the steps up a bit) and then 20 min's cardio post workout every day on the stair master. on non training days I'm doing the cardio all in the mornings, but I'm increasing my training to 6 days weekly next week. Gear is still the same. Going to train back today but gonna do some rows, chins and then lots of deadlifts. cheat meal tonight and I'm gonna go mental as i'll probably end up being flat as fuck by the Wednesday if I don't have food to tide me over, as this week I have gone so flat towards the end of the week. So I'm going for a Chinese and then I'm gonna smash apple pie, ice cream, shortbread, chocolate, sweets and maybe a few cheese and bacon toasties before bed. Morning weight yesterday 251lb Going to be carrying on dnp until Friday next week then off it for a week, should take 7-10 days to totally clear from my body and I should fill and dry a little after that. 10 weeks out to the day. 70 days left! ![]() ![]()

Down to 246.5lb this morning, feel tighter now skin feels tighter on my legs and lower stomach, food is going down nicely, I'm not starving hungry really and I'm not craving anything tbh.
Gear is still the same but next week I add in Proviron and Tren Ace and swap my test to Test P so gear will be 100mg Test prop eod 100mg Tren ace eod 200mg Mast enth eod 50 Proviron ed nolva gh Cardio is 20 mins stairmaster and 15000 steps daily ![]()

training today, looking forward to Push session later on, going to do a mixture of volume and low volume today, I got the idea from some of milos sarcev's style of training.

gear changes next week t3, clen, tren, adex going in. Cardio might go up to 30 mins on stairmaster per day next week Craving junk a bit this evening, fancied mcdonalds or some bog standard junk, not gonna let it bother me though, been through this loads of times and its just a mind over matter sort of thing. :-) I was 246.5 on Saturday so I'm predicting that I've dropped 2lbs since then, we shall see though.

8 weeks out
weighing in tomorrow gear is as follows next week 300 prop 450 tren a 500 mast e 20 nolva daily 0.5 adex 3 x week 2.4 iu humatrope 5 x week 40mcg clen (increase dose every 3 days until at 160mcg then come off) Cardio goes up to 30 mins a day on stairmaster No diet changes, might start doing mid week re feeds if weight drops each week, nothing crazy but maybe a few 100g carbs extra, will see what coach says. Not sure on weight yet, weighing in tomorrow, think i'll be 241ish ![]()

training this morning was okay, lagged like fuck this week but training seems to always still be enjoyable.
Hit legs with some volume as my hip felt off and I didn't want to push it. Leg extensions x 3 sets Pendulum squat + lying hammy curl x 3 sets Machine hack squat + Lunges + seated hammy curls x 3 sets standing leg curl x 3 sets Had to work today from 4pm till 4am so I'm a bit wrote off.

UPDATE
Down 4lb this week, 236lb now Start some strong ass clen on Monday as the clen I've been using is bunk as shit Gear wise I'm on 300 prop 450 tren a 600 mast e nolva 2.4 iu gh adex 3 x week after my week on clen I'm doing 2 weeks on dnp, 375mg for first 5 days then 250mg for 9 days, I will most likely add in T3 at 50mcg daily the 2nd week of the DNP. Got about 12-14lbs left to come off and I feel on schedule, but I want true disgusting condition. Cardio goes up to 40 mins daily on stairmaster on Monday, doing a cheat meal tonight Lemon and honey chicken Egg fried rice Spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce 2 cheese toasties with corned beef and tomato sauce Brownie pudding with ice cream 2 bags of fizzy cola straws 2 cookies Don't even know how many calories and I don't give a shit, I'll be lighter and tighter by sunday next week and even if I don't get 3lbs off next week the DNP will fucking TEAR through the last bit of fat I've got left. ![]()

down to 234lb yesterday, probably gonna drop again by Sunday morning, feel pretty wrote off and beat up at the moment.
40 mins stairmaster is kicking my ass every morning. start dnp on mon at 375mg daily for 5 days then take it down to 250mg daily for 9 days. should drop to 220ish over these next 2 weeks, i still have fat on my ass and lower back, but its slowly coming off now and I'm looking better each week. pics on sunday ![]()
