Continuing this as long as you can afford to

Just run it either 5iu ED or 10iu EOD. Don't have to be complicated.

If you could get postive results from this suggested protocol, it sure would be cost effective.
Did you work this up yourself or did an experienced hgh user give you this hgh protocol?
For me ED shots work good.

Well

Reading alot of what people have said about gh and how to take it and to change things up I started out doing it 5iu mon, wed, Fri first thing in the morning with pretty good results then after a couple of months I went to 20 iu on the first and then twenty more on the 15th and did that for about 6 weeks with good results and the more I looked into things i started playing with numbers and trying to come up with something that would keep your body guessing and not getting use to it and I came up with this. it seems to be working pretty good all in all between the 3 methods from january to now I have lost about 20 lbs dieting a little but at the same time not really watching what I have been eating as well as not doing much cardio. So it definitely seems to be working. I just started back eating clean and following a strict diet so I will see how much better it works now. I will update once I have been following this protocol for a couple of months and let you know the results
