Any type of flavour...
Mix protein with milk or water, and if your diets allows, quark.
Soak 3 leafs or gelatin and heat it in water.
When it is solved, pur it in the blender as well and mix again.
Poor the mix into shaker or tupperware and put it in the fridge for 4/5 hours or freezer for 2.
Now you have a nice protein pudding without extra carbs
If your diet allows eat is with some sliced fruit and you feel like you have had a whole meal.
