Add avocado or banana, maybe other fruit, throw in some protein along with creatine or whatever you're taking, blend it up, chug it down, good to go. I don't like to think about eating too much.

I second that. I love banana in my protein. I also like to throw in an egg in my protein along with peanut butter when im trying to bulk up.
Banana is good fruit and very energetic for making protein shake. Banana shake is a good protein shake and it provides body all nutrition,minerals and vitamins. Before or after any workout it is good to drink protein shake daily.
