Its a beautiful day!

Big shot-out to NYMusclePro for educating/enlightening me about Fasting.

At age 30, being very physically active and putting in countless hours starting up my business (no complaints, just trying to illustrate my scenario accurately, to get accurate advice), I might need to up my Zinc to up my libido, 60mg per day might not be sufficient for me.

In the past I had great success with combining my 60mg of Zinc from 2 servings of ZMA along with some Zinc Asporotate or Uberzinc (dont remember the total amount I'd take).
I got off the Zinc Asporotate and Uberzinc to try and save money but I think the extra money might be worth it, if it will keep my dick up, lolz.

I've noticed the common ED/vasodilators like Cialis, Stendra, Viagra are fat soluble, so I imagine they are not favorable or effective while in a fasted state.

I typically fast at least 18hrs per day to enhance my mental acuity/productivity and keep me lean but I noticed a significant decline in my libido with my consistency.

Anyone have aides/supplements to keep the libido up while fasting?

At the moment, Im thinking:

1.Up my Zinc
2.Alternating to Bulletproof liquids EOD (specifically, on my hard workout days or pure weightlifting days)

Any input/advice is greatly appreciated!

I can't stand the stuff, but Yohimbe in a fasted state got me all the time. It actually works better during a fasted state. By the way, don't you think 60 mg is too much of zinc?
