- I would add 5000 iu of Vitamin D3, along 1g of Krill oil for lubrication of the joints

What's the daily dose you use of the Equine stuff? LOL. I'm gonna get it and it's going to be hilarious when my GF sees me drinking this shit.

It's a squeeze bottle and you just drink a capful. That's almost the best part about it. I just say: "if it's good enough for a thoroughbred, it's good enough for me".

The new formula also has 200mg/Type II collagen in it as well. It has a neutral taste- not horrible.

I work with some guys and gals who swear by CISSUS but I have never used it myself.

Definitely: Glucosamine Sulfate (not HCl).

I also think that I get some joint relief from fish oil and tumeric/curcumin.

my shoulders are bad and I've fucked with everything from MSM to Cissus to cruising with deca. UC II works. Got the recommendation from a John Meadows video and have been feeling great ever since.

I use orange triad as my multi. It has a joint complex of glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, hyalauronic acid, mixed in with the vitamins and works well for me. Took glucosamine/chondroiton combo pills before finding it.

I do the recommendation because I eat my last meal 1-2 hours before bed.
So that's and empty stomach for me.

I've also done it right in the morning too as I don't eat for a good 2 hours after I wake up.

MY JOINT HEALTH/PAIN REGIMEN:

(Also for heart, brain, liver benefits, lowering my triglycerides was a bonus)*

I like small dose nandrolone and as far as over the counter supps, This is my regimen:

3 grams MSM

1500/1200 Glucosamine-Chondroitin

400mg SAMe

1 tbsp Knox Gelatin{collagen protein} once or twice daily

2000mg Circumin {Solgar is a good one}

2-3,000mg of omega 3 fatty acids{hemp,flax}

200mg stabilized R-ala

Black Seed Oil 1-2 tsp or 2-3 softgels

Wobenzym M 3 tablets daily



These are great and cut down my joint pain considerably. They are also good for other things like triglycerides, brain, and heart health. If I could only choose 3, it would be the SAMe 400mg- 3g MSM- Osteo-biFlex Advanced.
