My wife has had two children and since our second its been very difficult for her to lose weight. Shes about 5 foot 3 and 129lbs. Most of her family is pacific islander and on the heavy side. I've had her run labs and they always come back very good. No thyroid issues, or anything that would typically prevent her from losing weight. As far as diets she's done keto, carb cycling mixed with fasting, reverse dieting and high protein diets...pretty much you name it we've tried it. Its very frustrating because obviously what works for me does not work for her. She's done low dose cycles of var, but anything remotely anabolic she gains weight and just ends up getting strong(wish I had that problem). She's also used DNP, clen, and t3. I really don't want her using too many chemicals because I think this is the wrong answer....anyway I guess I could ramble on about this because its irritating. Has anyone else had similar experiences, and if so what did you or your significant other do to overcome this problem? Any advice is good advice.
