It doesn't really work like that. You don't inject it then go straight onto a sunbed. You should do it daily at a small dose and let it build up in your system. Even at high doses you need to give it time. I personally wait for approx 2 weeks (I start very low in dose) before using a sunbed or spending many hours in the sun. Although you could start sooner but I would give it at least 5 days. I would also be careful with how long you spend on a sunbed especially the first few times and I recommend building up your sun/sunbed exposure over time. When the melanotan has built up it doesn't really matter when you inject it. I usually start pre bed after my last meal and once I have adapted to it (minimized nausea and facial flushing) I usually take it after breakfast and at least 1 hour before going out in the sun.

I can get pretty dark on a 300mcg dose per day. Only takes a few weeks of getting sun a 2-3 times a week for my pale skin to look dark. I like to take it before bed to avoid the nausea feeling I tend to get when I start it.

For pale redheads does this work for them? They don't have

Start with a low amount each day until you find your shade. It take a little bit, but before you know it if you aren't careful you will be blacker than black. This has happened to me.....when everyone is commenting about how dark you look, as a former pale white guy.....I kind of went overboard without realizing it. I haven't been tanning or at the pool in a month in a half and take one shot a week, and I'm still dark. I realized I didn't want to look too tan.

YES, it will redheads too. MT2 is like magic. So many people over think using it. You have to take it ed at first and before you know it you will be black. Just be careful to not overdue it. I've gotten blacker than black and I was a pale white dude.

Yes it can in many especially at higher doses. For me it's on par with cialis for sexual benefits if you dose it high enough. The combination of the two can be ridiculous. It's even been tested by ED sufferers in clinical studies.

Abstract

PURPOSE:

We evaluated the erectogenic properties of a new cyclic alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone analogue, Melanotan-II, to treat men with psychogenic erectile dysfunction.

MATERIALS AND METHODS:

Ten men with erectile dysfunction of no known organic cause were entered in a double-blind, placebo controlled crossover study in which the erectogenic properties of Melanotan-II and a vehicle placebo were compared using real-time RigiScan monitoring. The presence, duration and rigidity of erections were recorded during a 6-hour period.

RESULTS:

In 8 of 10 men treated with Melanotan-II clinically apparent erections developed. Mean duration of tip rigidity greater than 80% was 38.0 minutes with Melanotan-II and 3.0 with placebo (p=0.0045). Transient side effects of nausea, stretching and yawning, and decreased appetite were reported more frequently after injections of Melanotan-II than placebo but none required treatment.

CONCLUSIONS:

Melanotan-II is a potent initiator of erections in men with psychogenic erectile dysfunction and has manageable side effects at a dose of 0.025 mg./kg.

We review our experience with Melanotan II, a non-selective melanocortin receptor agonist, in human subjects with erectile dysfunction (ED). Melanotan II was administered to 20 men with psychogenic and organic ED using a double-blind placebo-controlled crossover design. Penile rigidity was monitored for 6 h using RigiScan. Level of sexual desire and side effects were reported with a questionnaire. In the absence of sexual stimulation, Melanotan II led to penile erection in 17 of 20 men. Subjects experienced a mean of 41 min Rigiscan tip rigidity>80%. Increased sexual desire was reported after 13/19 (68%) doses of Melanotan II vs 4/21 (19%) of placebo (P<0.01). Nausea and yawning were frequently reported side effects due to Melanotan II; at a dose of 0.025 mg/kg, 12.9% of subjects had severe nausea. We conclude that Melanotan II is a potent initiator of penile erection in men with erectile dysfunction. Holy cow... help me with my math here. It says:

So for 180 lb man that is about 82kg. They dosed at over 2 mg (82 x .025)? I'd have a woody like steel and couldn't use it because I'd be sicker than hell at that level!
