I would never use anything else other than water and tissues or soft towel like a microfiber towel, though my screens only get dusty.
If you have kids and they touch the screens which they obviously shouldn't be doing add a mild detergent to the liquid before you clean.
My pet peeve is when I'm showing someone something on a computer and they point and touch the screen...those are the ones that I constantly have to tell them to point with the mouse...lol
If it's a laptop and is a touch screen, you'll probably have to use a mild soapy water solution all the time due to the oils in your skin. That surface will be much more durable as it's meant to be touched.
No matter what, never wipe off your screens with a dry towel/tissue, depending on the surface, the dust can scratch a screen.
