Need a good laptop & flat screen cleaner

Has anyone found or uses a product that safely cleans your flat screen tv and laptop? I have seen many products out there but I'm scared to death to use the wrong one and screw up my laptop and tv screen. Any help would greatly appreciated.

I would never use anything else other than water and tissues or soft towel like a microfiber towel, though my screens only get dusty.

If you have kids and they touch the screens which they obviously shouldn't be doing add a mild detergent to the liquid before you clean.

My pet peeve is when I'm showing someone something on a computer and they point and touch the screen...those are the ones that I constantly have to tell them to point with the mouse...lol

If it's a laptop and is a touch screen, you'll probably have to use a mild soapy water solution all the time due to the oils in your skin. That surface will be much more durable as it's meant to be touched.

No matter what, never wipe off your screens with a dry towel/tissue, depending on the surface, the dust can scratch a screen.

great clarification especially if your water source contains a high quantity of minerals/chemicals i.e. poor quality well water.

If you try to clean the screen with a dry cloth and it still doesn't take away all the dust, just dampen it with distilled water. You can also take an equal ratio of white vinegar to distilled water.

You can also find small spray bottles at the selling companies with a special cleaner for flat screens. The Ultra company produces Hydra LCD cleaning solutions, so if you don't want to waste your time on water with winegar, you can buy this spray, though both are equally effective.
