Contest music question

I am VERY new to this music burning stuff so here is my question. Will a MPEG-4 file I burned to a disc (which plays fine on my PC) be ok for the show ? It works fine on my PC but I tried it in my car and it wont play.

It probably needs to be burned as an audio CD. Problem you may run into is depending on the player (age and what it's capable of playing), you may be better off converting it to a standard audio compression file.

Whatever software you're using to burn the music, look in your options for turning it into an audio CD.

You can probably Google how to convert the file within the program you're using too.

Should be burned as a WAV file, then it should play on anything.
