Butt Shakers! For home theater

Butt shakers. Anyone have these in their home for car? Wondering if they are worth spending the money and trouble on. I think I could hook this up on my own. my only concern is how to correctly bolt them onto the frame of my couch. Here is a link to the drivers I am thinking about:

Two of those and then a sub woofer amp would do the job. Amp

The installer/sales guy from the high end store I bought my marantz reciever and speakers from said he got his at parts express. Aparrently the things they sell there are of good quality at least for the purpose of butt shakers.

So if you have this in your home, how hard is it to install them in the couch/chair and is it worth all the trouble?

I always laughed at these and thought they were very gimmicky, but a friend of mine installed these in his home theater and they actually add a nice element to movies, games, etc. when they are adjusted properly. He runs a couple of SVS Ultras that literally shake the whole house, but the shakers actually impressed us. I think they have more of a benefit if you don't have very powerful subs or if you prefer to watch at lower volumes. They will give you some nice impact and effect without blasting the volume.

Well, I have a good sub now its a Carver. I could get another because the receiver has 2 sub out channels. The guy from the high end stereo store I bought from seemed to think they are a good additionn no matter what .He has 3 high end subs in his home and 6 of these transducers in his couch. This may be something I look into later in a few months. The cost isnt too bad. I was hoping maybe I would catch someone on here that has some and get feedback. Looks like from the one post here that at least one member was impressed with it. In order to really feel the bass on your body you have to have the volume cranked up damn loud, so it makes sense to have these. If something blows up in a movie I want it to shake me, adds a lot of realism.
