countermail usb key problem

any of yall have the countermail usb key drive. i got it it says activated yet i can still log into my account without the key. I emailed them about it, alls they said is it should work: wtf? any body else have nay probs am i missing any info?

try clearing your browser cache. it should work as stated though and they should work through that problem. keep us posted as I was thinking out that solution also.

apprectiate yall replying but i tried both of yalls suggestions and i can still log in with out the key, i even got on a random computer and could log in, did i get a bogus key or did yall have problems too?

he asked me if i activated the key under another account and i said no this is the only account i ever had and acctivated. havent heard back, ill email him back and let him know i still got into my account on a random comp so its not my computer its the account or key itself so i guess it must be a rare thing, and theyll prob just give me the cold shoulder

just letting you know we figured it out, you have to delete the files on the key and then reactivate it. for some reason it just worked that way with mine. thanks again for yalls help
