yes my wife is in training and has really been putting the effort in at the gym. the problem is i do not think her meal plan is where it needs to be. she is seeing alot of great results but if i can get her meal plan where it needs to be i feel she will see better and quicker results. so if i could get any help on this i would really appreciate it. any meal plan ideas or any recommendations of anybody that could help us with writing her a meal plan would be awesome thanks
