Low test level for a 51 years old woman

51 year old lady I know got blood done recently. test range for a woman is 2-45. Hers came back at 16. How much test c or e would be needed to put her at the higher end of the spectrum? Not looking to bodybuild, just more of a hormone replacement therapy dose.

Test gel or test cream would be a good option for her. Injections are tricky to get a real low dose.

Those gels are mostly dht. She should get pure testosteron in.

If she did an injection with an insulin needle.. Would 20mg every 7-10 days be enough or two much.

try to split the dose way more up, 5mg every 2 days or something.

The trick with test and women is trying to find the dose that will produce results w/out the dramatic sides. It is a very fine line for women to walk with this one. At 51 there is probably not much harm in trying test injects every three days to a total of 25mg/wk. most women can tolerate that dose w/out big sides.

i take betwn 20 and 25mg test e or d every week and my test levels are just over200 .. everyone reacts differently. i would say if you want her levels to stay in the "female range" try to get some test D compounded at 100mg/ml and then get a 1ml syringe.. so she can easily measure .. she could try 5 or 6mg a week or even 10mg easily and see where that takes her..

Normal trt for women would be 10-20mg EW.

I dont find the need to split that up with long estered testosteron as I myself take all long esters only once a week. Have tried eod and twice ew, but I don't notice any difference.
