Standard Winstrol doses for almost any female will fall in the 10mg per day range and while this may seem low, as women are more sensitive to the hormone it will provide the benefits ur looking for. But if u want start out with 10mg eod and see how it works. U can always go up, most woman I know tolerate this compound very well at 20mg ed. Good luck!

Start with 5mg daily for a week for two. Then start at 5mg in the AM and 5mg in the PM for a couple of weeks and make sure you are on a good eating schedule, this is the most important part!!! If you like what you are seeing then keep it simple. Stay away from the injects as the orals will be easier to control the dosing. In my experience women get carried away more than men when they start to respond to AS. Hope it works out for you.

Agreed! The lower the dosage starting out the better. Swoll, what dosage did you try?

It was 2 years ago I can't remember the exact dosage but it took about 8-10months to recover from just a couple months of being on it

I would definitely start with a low dose....you can always increase it and sometimes less is more

As many are saying... Start out with a low dose as possible. Ive been around the blocks a few times and have seen some go as high as 60mg a day along with other stuff. Be smart about it.
