So my girlfriend is looking for something other than anavar for her next cycle. she is 6' not sure on weight, very lean and strong as hell! she is into crossfit and strength training. eats very clean and eats organic food (a nightly arguement we have at dinner as i suck on my rib bones!).

she has taken var in the past at 10mg/day and had EXCELLENT results but she is still in her twenties and it makes her face break out something fierce. enough to not use it anymore, even at low dosages. i have been readin alot for alternatives such as low dose of winny or maybe some tbol. has anyone had acne sides with either of these compounds? she is not looking to inject or gain massive weight, just add stength and some lbs but get more cut as var did her wonders. just not a fan of the acne and all the preventive measuers dont keep the bumps off her beautiful face. any help or ideas?

Well, congratulations to having such a wonderful girlfriend!!

Have you ever thought about getting her on sarms instead of roids?
Yes, anavar can be hard on the face and on the liver,too!!
Try s4 instead. Great for getting that cut look....
But in her case I would recommend ostarine as it sounds that recomping is her goal, adding a little mass while staying lean.
8 weeks up to 15mg is my advice to her, starting out lower.
When putting on some mass is what she needs you could also try lgd4033.

Sarms are great for strength also and will not hinder her crossfit training as they will not blow her up. Instead they do wonders for joints...

And last but mot least, if she is sensible then Icannot recommend winstrol as this can make some real acne problems...

I don't think winny would be a good choice my wife ran it for 6 weeks and had horrible acne on your back. You could have to try nizoral Shampoo it's great for hormonal acne my wife did 20 MG a day of anavar for 7 weeks no acne at all she use it on her back and face once a day.

Agreed a female friend used tbol this year for first part of prep n was v pleased

Usually I do tbol at the same dosage as var 50-100

So in terms of a woman 5-10 , womens AAS supplementation is NOT my forte.

She was using 15mg of var, so I'll tell her to do the same with Tbol

Just be careful with the dosage. Those East German women were on T-bol back in the 84 Olympics and they didn't look too feminine to me.

If she's breaking out due to her hormone levels changing on var, I would think the same will happen with any compound she tries.
