I've been on var for the last 2 weeks and haven't seen much results, this isn't my first cycle so i have my diet and exercise down. But I'm not budging when it comes to the scale or bf % maybe I'm checking too soon, but from what I can remember from my last run I dropped weight in the first week (that was 3 years ago) I've strictly been lifting tho, not much cardio except once maybe twice a week. So my main question I guess would be can you see much results from doing strictly cardio an var. I was thinking about just doing only cardio while I'm on it. Just trying to get that bf % down is my main concern.
