Hello ladies,

My wife follows this girl and others on instagram and wants to know what it takes to actually look like this. My wife is 5'4" 130 lbs and worksout 4-5 days a week. Shes willing to take HGH anavar whatever she needs to get to this level. Please let me know. I tried uploading more pics but could not find out how

A couple of quick comments to start with. One, if you are looking for help with diet and cycle, which is what most people on here are looking for, you will need to be much more specific. If you just want a spoon fed diet, supplement and work out I recommend finding an online trainer. It did me a lot of good, even after having a good base knowledge of all three aspects. Hiring a trainer can often help you stay on a program. It is not rocket science to get to the gym and train, most can figure that part out. Figuring out how much anavar and HGH she wants to run is also not too difficult. Diet is another story. If she wants to build muscle and drop body fat, then a low carb diet is mandatory. Plenty of diets out there to choose from but no one can tell her how to stay on it. Most will tell you that until you master the diet don't bother with the supplements.

You will also find that most people on here will be happy to answer specific questions that you come up with after doing some research on what you want to try. Most will not just spoon feed you everything you need to know.

Thank you. I know diet is key but she thinks that as long as you go to the gym you should be able to eat less than healthy. I will keep trying to pound it in her head that diet is #1. Thanks guys.

Firstly,Everyone should be herself.
Second,She will own a perfect figure if she could take control of the mouth and go to the gym often.Maybe not as good as the girl in the Pic.But it will be not too bad.
